The Company does not warrant that a document will be admissible, enforceable, or valid in any particular jurisdiction.

13.1 Exclusion of Liability
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Legit Saathi Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:
13.2 Aggregate Liability Cap
The Company's maximum aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with use of the Platform shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by that User to the Company in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Where no fees have been paid, the Company's aggregate liability shall not exceed ₹500 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred Only).
13.3 Essential Basis of the Bargain
The User expressly acknowledges that the limitations of liability set forth in this Section reflect a reasonable and fair allocation of risk, form an essential basis of the commercial arrangement between the parties, and shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.
13.4 No Liability for Third-Party Services
The Company shall not be liable for the acts, omissions, or services of any third-party service provider, including payment processors, e-signature providers, cloud infrastructure providers, or telecommunications carriers, whose services are used in connection with the Platform.
